For as long as I have been writing and creating and publishing content – it has almost all been focused exclusively on Non-Fiction.
Books, courses, posts. articles, videos, audio, and even live in person training and consulting over many years – all focused on helping people learn and use methods and tactics with specialized information to do better in work, in business, and in life.
I have taught thousands how to get started in business and entrepreneurship.
Thousands more have been introduced to trucking and given information to help them start driving careers and to become independent owner operators and even small fleet owners and beyond for those seeking such information, training, and support.
I have loved doing it all too – and I still do.
While I will continue providing Non-Fiction specialized information products to help people do better in their work, in business, and in life – I am also beginning a new chapter now in my own life, one that has been a long time coming.
I am now writing and will soon be publishing my own Fiction too.
This is something I have been thinking about and wanting to do for many years, but have always kept putting it off due to my other work and for one reason or another.
Thriller to Killer Stories is a new beginning.
With it, I will begin building an audience and providing stories that are based on and covering real people and real events that have happened. True Crime in particular and focusing that mainly on violence and murder and those who commit such acts.
We will also delve into fiction of the same genres and that covers all kinds of thrillers, even a little horror perhaps.
Along the way, I will introduce you to my own stories and characters.
The first fiction book will be coming out within the first half of 2022 and will be about a serial killer who is terrorizing the Chesapeake Bay area throughout Virginia and Maryland.
Like so many other serial killers, he isn’t even noticed for what he is right away and it takes the police and the media a while to catch on – but they finally do and the hunt is on. While they hunt for him he hunts his next victim.

Platforms and Ways to Connect
As we set out to build this thing, I will be using several different platforms and methods to allow us all to connect with each other and to build a community.
To begin with, this site www.ldsewell.com is my primary site as an author, as an instructor, and as an entrepreneur. I consider it to be my digital home, and here you can always find out about anything I am working on or doing, from books to courses to just living life along with everything else that entails.
From here you will be able to find links to all my other sites and resources too – including our brand new site for Thriller to Killer Stories at www.thrillertokillerstories.com which will have posts and articles on all the stories we will be covering including the fictional stories I will be telling in upcoming books of my own.
There is also a Facebook page and a Facebook group for Thriller to Killer Stories. Feel free to join.
We have a Youtube channel set up and will be covering an estimated one story per week beginning the first week of 2022 and continuing on from then on into the future, for now. Each week a new video will cover a serial killer or other violent criminals such as Ted Bundy, Dennis Raider, Gary Ridgeway, and even further back than all of them H.H. Holmes.
We will cover many others too, of various types.
I am also considering doing a weekly podcast edition for Thriller to Killer Stories on my existing L.D. Sewell podcast which still exists though it has been a while since I published any new podcasts. That would be a good place for an audio edition too, I think and then on other days, I need to get back to covering business and entrepreneurship including trucking and real estate along with many other business topics.
